I'm living for MILLY's so-now take on the classic off-the-shoulder dress. Its crisp breton stripes in blue and white perfectly tap Parisian chic for Summer. I opted to pair the dress with a white leather lock clutch bag with a blue floral porcelain-inspired print from New York-based label Loeffler Randall and suede lace-up sandal.
